sound

Hired DJ’s or bands will often arrive with their own portable sound system, but please confirm that with them well ahead of time. The packages below cover everything from if your musical act needs a full sound system with our audio engineer to pressing play for a cocktail hour set.

Description Pricing
full house music+mic package Our highest volume & quality music package for a single location; double speakers and subwoofers, monitors and microphones entirely set up, 20-ch mixed, and managed by our audio engineer throughout your event.

Wireless or corded microphones provided for speeches or announcements.

This setup can work for all dj’s, bands, and playlists provided by the client. Choose Location: Greenhouse, Garden in the Sky, or Saphouse.

Satellite music+mic package Our simplest setup for a single location; multiple loudspeakers, 1 wireless microphone, and a small 4-ch mixer.

With our audio engineer managing sound througout the event, this package is best for smaller spaces and gatherings in which speaking is the focal point or music is meant to be in the background (i.e. conferences, celebrations of life, ceremonies at garden in the sky, mingling over music in the saphouse).

This is also a good setup for when the full house package is being used in another space.

Planning & coordination

If you’re looking for help designing or organizing your event, we offer on-site packages to support your day running smoothly. While you are welcome to hire outside planners or coordinators to handle added complexity, we’ve found that our staff’s familiarity with our spaces and resources can cut down on extra legwork.

day-of coordinator A great choice if you plan to do most of the planning prior to the event but ultimately want to hand off the big day’s final logistics so you can be present. Our coordinator will:

- Create detailed timelines for event day(s) for clients
- Handle deliveries and oversee any décor installations and vendor setups
- Run the ceremony and reception logistics
- Cue music, processionals, speeches, and special moments
- Troubleshoot issues to keep the event running smoothly
- Manage guest arrival, signage, and any shuttles/busses

Lighting

Our house lighting is included in any greenhouse/saphouse event. Additional lighting packages can add color, texture, and motion to the space to create depth and variety to turn it from a gathering to a show.

Basic greenhouse lighting add on Provides additional PAR lights to cast a variety of programmable colors in any fixed direction.

These can create a brighter atmosphere beyond our house string lighting, and the package includes our lighting engineer to handle a few simple color changes/fades to support key moments in your event.

glassware, dishes & silverware

Whether you are offering a catered, buffet, family-style meal, these vendors typically require you to supply your own glasses, dishes and silverware. Food trucks vary with offering disposable plates/silverware, so check with them on what’s included. There are rental companies in the area that supply these items, but often charge hefty delivery fees and have minimum order requirements. We’ve designed our prices to be competitive with these rates and offer you greater convenience / one less vendor to manage and coordinate with.

FLOrals & Greenery

Our on-farm florals & greenery are great options for those looking for of-the-moment, hyperlocal decor that may take many shapes, colors, and sizes depending on the season. Those interested in formal arrangements with specific looks or colors, boutonnières, or bouquets should seek out local florists to bring your vision to life.

We offer arrangement and display of our on-farm florals in small vases to make conversation easier across tables, and spread abundantly throughout the greenhouse to echo the lushness just outside. We recommend the same amount of florals regardless of guest quantity in the greenhouse to fill the space vibrantly — with some placed on dining tables, outdoor bistro tables, bar tops, food service tables etc. For a 120 person event, this typically looks like 15 of our dining tables with 3-4 small vases on each, 3 outdoor bistro tables with 1 vase on each, and 5-10 vases spread on surfaces throughout the venue.

If you have a multi-day event and are looking for something for your guests to do, we are happy to provide off-site recommendations, or can offer the following on-site activities:
