sound

If you hire a DJ or band, they often bring their own sound setups (though you should confirm with them)! If you’d like to have music but forgo a band or DJ, we offer the following.

Description Pricing
full music+mic package (single-location)
Our highest quality music package; professional audio setup, with 1 mic provided for speeches/announcements; includes audio engineer managing sound throughout event; audio engineer can make simple announcements to guests ("time to sit down for dinner" etc.) Clients must BYO playlist. This can be setup in 1 location: Greenhouse, Garden in the Sky, or the Saphouse.

Satellite music+mic package (single-location)
This package is best for smaller spaces or when speaking is the focal point or music is meant to be in the background (i.e. conferences, celebrations of life, garden in the sky ceremonies, mingling music in the saphouse). This is also a good setup for when the full music package is being used in another space. Includes 1 mic setup and an audio engineer for managing sound throughout event.

Best for events that use the greenhouse, saphouse, and garden in the sky; This package combines the full music+mic package in 1 location (typically greenhouse), with 2 satellite music+mic packages in the saphouse and garden in the sky.

Planning & coordination

Should you care to have some help creating and/or organizing your event, we offer on-site package to make your event as smooth as possible. Of course you are welcome to hire outside planners/coordinators, but we do find that this can make things smoother and easier given our staff’s familiarity with our spaces and resources.

day of coordinator This is a great choice if you plan to do most of the planning prior to the event, but want help managing the day's logistics so you can be present. A coordinator will:

- Create detailed timelines for event day(s) for clients
- Handle deliveries and oversee any décor installations and vendor setups

- Cue music, processionals, speeches, and special moments
- Troubleshoot issues to keep the event running smoothly
- Manage guest arrival, signage, and any shuttles/busses

partial event planner Includes the tasks covered by the day of coordinator, as well as the following:

- Manage vendor communication leading up to event
- Help organize transportation, seating arrangements
- Manage RSVP tracking, guest lists, and dietary/allergy information

Lighting

House lighting is included in any greenhouse/saphouse event which is totally sufficient. Additional lighting packages provide professional quality programmed lighting that really makes it a SHOW.

Basic greenhouse lighting add on Provides additional "up-lights" outside of house string lighting. These can create a brighter atmosphere, and the package includes a few basic color changes/fade in's at key moments by a lighting engineer. $300-$500
Advanced greenhouse lightshow A programmed light show by a lighting engineer to accompany your music; moving lights, disco ball spinning/spot lights, color changes timed to music etc; an investment, but guaranteed to make your event a PARTY. $2000+
saphouse lighting add on A step above the house string lights for lively events; adds color changing lights for dancing. $150

glassware, dishes & silverware

Whether you are offering a catered, buffet, family-style meal, these vendors typically require you to supply your own glasses, dishes and silverware. Food trucks vary with offering disposable plates/silverware, so check with them on what’s included. There are rental companies in the area that supply these items, but often charge hefty delivery fees and have minimum order requirements. We’ve designed our prices to be competitive with these rates and offer you greater convenience / one less vendor to manage and coordinate with.

For family-style meals, caterers require you to supply your own servingware for dishes served to each table. We can provide these for competitive prices listed below. Usually 2 platers/bowls are required for each table of 8 people, with each dish needed a serving utensil.

FLOrals & Greenery

Our florals & greenery are great options for those looking for of-the-moment, local decor that may take the form of many shapes, colors, and sizes depending on the season. Those looking for more formal arrangements with specific items or colors, boutonnières, or bouquets are best to source their florals elsewhere.

We arrange and display our florals in small vases to make conversation easier across tables, and spread abundantly throughout the greenhouse. We recommend the same amount of florals regardless of guest quantity in the greenhouse to fill the space nicely — with some being placed on dining tables, outdoor bistro tables, the bar, food service tables etc. For a 120 person event, this typically looks like 15 of our dining tables with 3-4 small vases on each, 3 outdoor bistro tables with 1 vase on each, and 5-10 vases spread out in the venue on side tables, the bar etc.
