The Greenhouse

While the full Mead Hill property will be completed in September 2025, our Greenhouse is open / ready for bookings as of June 28th! A bit more about the space:

• Just under 3,000 square feet with a 640 square foot deck off the front

• Passive cooling (ridge vent, roll up sides, fans) meaning you won’t have crisp AC, but it can get warm! We’re currently working on additional ways to climate control the space.

• Building has electricity and amperage designed to be able to support live bands!

• Full sound, live music, and lighting packages available

• Driveway outside that can accommodate vendor setups, food trucks etc.

• Built in bar area

• Plants and planters everywhere!

• Tables and benches available to seat 120
