What’s included
Our 20’ diameter yurt sits at the top of the hillside. It is included in some of our gathering packages, and also available for rent outside of gatherings.
At the yurt you have access to:
Outbuilding including:
Outdoor shower with instant hot water
Bathroom stall with composting toilet + toilet paper
Hand / dishwashing station
King bed w/ bedding provided
Wood stove w/ wood provided (during colder times)
Stunning view of the mountains!
2 parkings spots slightly down the hill from yurt
please note
The yurt can accommodate up to 2 adults. There is no additional bedding for children, but adults may bring up to 2 kids if they have a plan for sleeping accommodations.
For summer 2025, the hillside is still in an in-progress state. It is still a wonderful spot but we want to be clear that it is not in it’s 100% final state. This means that:
Your views may include some patches of dirt that we are working to grow grass / flowers in.
There may be humans moving and small machines moving below you further down the hillside.
There is no AC in the yurt. It tends to stay at a moderate temperature in heat, but still could be fairly warm on hot days. There are two windows in the yurt and a fan you can use for airflow.
Parking is midway up the hillside, meaning you must walk the final ascent to the yurt (~100 yards). This is not a bad walk at all but just good to keep in mind as you pack heavy coolers etc.
Dogs are permitted in the yurt, with a small added cleaning fee.
Other dogs live nearby / on premises and may decide to stop by!! Be mindful of this if you bring reactive dogs. We trust you to decide if letting your dog(s) off leash is a good idea given their temperament.
Owners must pick up after their dogs. We know it’s tempting when this is a big rural area, but we’d love to avoid surprise landmines for others around the space after you!
While we clean between guests, there is a possibility we don’t get every pet hair so those with severe allergies may not find this a good fit.
