Saphouse Gatherings
WHAT’S INCLUDED
SPACE ACCESS & SETUP TIME
Client will be able to use the space for their event for up to 5 hours. Events must finish by 12:00 AM. Client will be able to access the space 24 hours prior to the event for setup (additional time may be possible / granting with approval of Mead Hill)
FURNITURE
The space is mostly a “stand and mingle” kind of area. A few picnic benches will be placed outside for seating if weather permits. There is a large countertop that runs the length of most of the saphouse that can be used to place beverages, snacks etc.
SOUND SYSTEM
Speakers and a simple phone jack will be provided. This space cannot accommodate bands. Mead Hill reserves the right to enforce volume limits.
Outlets, Electricity, Lighting
Outlets will be available for plugging in any necessary equipment. Lighting in the space will be fixed / provided and cannot be removed.
